ETHOS
Our ethos is based on motivation derived from the services we render to the community. We aim to extend the model of the Kingdom of God on earth by preaching love, truth, justice, mercy, and forgiveness according to the teachings of Jesus Christ. We are inspired by his message, his life, and his example, through which God has expressed his unconditional love for all people. Our ethos is rooted in our faith in Jesus Christ, and in his love which compels us to serve others.
The tenets of this plan will focus on Jesus Christ’s concerns for the physical, mental, social, and spiritual well being of people. In addition to his deep care through healing the sick, he also brought peace and happiness to the poor, widows, and who were persecuted. Jesus preached inclusion by enlightening people concerning their spirituality and leading fulfilling lives.
Christ Hope of Glory Ministry’s main aim is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to provide all believers with the opportunity to worship together, by strengthening our religious activities such as family support, counseling, bible studies, and weekly spiritual activities, provision of holy spaces, morning and evening prayer programmes, communion and baptismal services. We shall also continue with our Christian funerals, weddings, christening, home and hospital visits, outreach, and evangelism.
Growing the church and expanding our services will be our main priority. We work within the following goals: preaching the gospel, lifestyle witness, teaching, signs and wonders, acts of social justice, outreach mission, evangelism, removal of the hatred and discrimination, inclusive approach, effectiveness, discipleship, and repentance.
